Rooms were very nice! Super quiet. Well furnished. Very cold air conditioning!

During my long term visit at the Residence Inn, Chicopee, I was made comfortable by the wonderful staff. From the Front Desk, the Socials, the maintenance and Housekeeping, they were all welcoming and helpful during my stay. If I ever have to travel to this area again, I will only stay at the Residence Inn, Chicopee! Thank you to each and every one of you! Joy
This is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly, but maintenance had to be called twice and there was no immediate available resolution to the second, more pressing issue. The issue was a toilet that was continously dripping and phantom flushing at approximately every 3 minutes. The maintenance man said he knew what the problem was but did not have access to the room that had what he needed to fix it. He also mentioned he was supposed to have left at 11 PM and it was past that time, so he was going to leave a note for someone who works in the morning about the problem. In the morning the front desk said that he did not leave a note or she could not find one.
Stay for a night for a sleepover for my son. It was amazing. The hotel was very kid/family friendly and they accommodate the guest with everything you need. I had a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect, my child already wants to go back again. It was very relaxing, my family truly enjoyed it. I will stay here again for a night or weekend get away anytime!
