I had an awful experience tonight when I first arrived. I got my room and went to it and the power didn’t work in the room. Went back to get a different room finally got a new key. I went to open the door and the key wouldn’t work. So I had to go back to the office again for a third I’m already upset, and the lady goes idk why your having such a problem your the only one that this is happening to. So I finally was able to get into a room and relax. Well as I was about to sit on one of the wooden chairs I went to lean back to the chair being cracked and it leaned all the way back. This is the worst experience I had tonight. Btw this was in Chicopee/Springfield Ma

The person who registered us was very nice and helpful. The room was basic but clean and fine. The bed was firm which is good and very important to me.

The price was good. Front desk staff was pleasant. The room was clean and adequate. There were some weird noises which I think were the plumbing.

This is the poorest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. The water in the tub and the sink was tepid at best, The noise outside from guests talking near my room, in the parking lot and on the balconies while they socialized was almost constant. One side of the parking lot had uneaten TV dinners on the ground and many empty liquor bottles. I was there 2 nights. On the second night, around 11 PM, I attempted to walk my dogs (I was there for a dog show in W. Springfield) around but saw what I'm sure was a rat around the trash left on the ground. Also there was a beat up car slowly driving around the building several times, which made me nervous. The worst part was when I was awakened by screaming and yelling on the floor above me which ended in an even louder shout of "Get the f---out of my room!". My dogs, 2 large borzois (Russian Wolfhounds), were terrified and huddled on the bed next to me. I called the front desk but no one answered after it rang about 20 times.

Rooms are bigger than some other motel 6's that I've been too. They also don't bother you. Once you check in you are good. It's right across from a truck stop which is a plus for some and not so much for others. They also have a 24-hour diner across the street in a Pride gas station which is also open all night. They do share a parking lot with a McDonald's but they close around 11 or 12 midnight. They are directly at the end of a highway and turnpike exit as well and 7 minutes from Walmart and a ton of other food and shopping spots. Ideal location IF you have a vehicle. If you don't have a car and only walk or take public transportation then this IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO PICK BECAUSE OF WHERE ITS LOCATED.

It was expensive for such a basic room -$80.00. But it worked out well.
