Inexpensive, great location and excellent staff.
An average quality inn. It's clean enough and works for a nights stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Very bad service. Front desk person is so lazy. There were wrinkles on the bed cover (bearing an uncanny resemblance to unwashed sheets) and the room was not clean. I had to request to change rooms due to the smell of cigarette smoke, even though the staff said it was a non smoking room. The hotel seemed very unsafe, especially during the night. After midnight, I heard someone try to break in, only stopped by the chain. If you can drive to Springfield, there are a ton of better hotels there.
The room was clean, but smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. They had a nicely stocked continental breakfast, and though I didn't use it, my sons told me the fitness center was better equipped than most hotels they had seen. Overall the hotel seemed a bit run down. The digital clock had some segments missing so the displayed time was crazy. The drawers in the dresser would not stay closed. It is located conveniently near the turnpike exit and lots of stores and places to eat.
Overall, it was about what I was expecting. The rooms were average sized and reasonably clean. Beds weren't terrible. Price was lower than the average in the area. Whole building smelled weird. Definitely not the best hotel in the area, but if you want to save a few bucks and aren't looking for anything exceptional - it will do.
