We waited 6 hours. Then after loaded they claimed it needed to be inspected & whatever .... this was ridiculous. A whole day lost! They may have a "solid crew " but they need to work together to understand drivers need to make money tooo... :/

Make sure to have appt. Number; starts with 2**** (5 digit long) I checked in at 12:30 and appt was for 2pm
