Is it decent storage sometimes they get mice into your storage and we had people breaker locks off and steal our stuff so be conscious and what you store in your storage
Rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional are an understatement to the experience I had with Chicopee Self storage! These people do not know to conduct a business let alone how to treat customers or people. Valerie, the site manager hung up on me not once, but SEVERAL times in my attempts to question an over-payment they demanded we pay! We paid all of our dues and fines and they flat out stole my money and then had the audacity to demand courtesy after I extended the same courtesy she did to me. Do not come here for your self storage needs!
