Not very helpful. Storage very close to road, not much parking space. Didnt have truck size we wanted, even though we reserved 4 days in advance.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE NO STARS TO THE ONE IN HOLYOKE. AFTER SO MANY YEARS STRUGGLING KEEPING MY STUFF IN STORAGE THEY WILL BRING ME SOME RIDICULOUS LATE FEES $50 $50 $50 THROUGH CHANGE MY LOCKS $50 BUY MY OWN LOCKS FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL CUT IT OFF AND CHARGE ME $50 FEE IT CAME A TIME THAT THEY WANTED ME OUT OF THE STORAGE TOTALLY BUT I SAID TO MYSELF AS LONG AS I'M PAYING THEY LATE FEES NO MATTER WHAT I THINK I DESERVE TO STAY THERE BUT LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE THERE CAME A TIME THAT THEY NEVER SEND ME A LATE NOTICE THEY NEVER SEND ME A REMINDER TO PAY SO THAT WAS THE WAY OF SAYING GOODBYE BECAUSE THEY USED TO ALWAYS FAITHFULLY THAT USED TO ALWAYS SEND ME A UNNOTICED FAITHFULLY THE DAY IN DECEMBER I REMEMBER WELL I LOST EVERYTHING I OWNED SO MANY YEARS 9 YEARS 10 YEARS BEING THERE PAYING ANYTHING TO ASK ME FOR AND BECAUSE THEY NEVER SEND ME A LATE NOTE REMINDER JUST LIKE THAT I LOST IT ALL JUST LIKE THAT IT'S A SHAME HOW YOU THINK YOU KNOW A PERSON THAT WORKED AT SO MANY YEARS AND YOU DIDN'T NEVER KNEW HIM ANYWAY LIFE GOES ON BUT I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND NOBODY THERE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE
Had storage for 2 month then rented a truck for Florida, while we were there for got the name of the person, but the guy is a good person and does the best he can. He was so helpful I gave him my mountain bike. Moved on 1/316. Now it's 8/16/16 and we planning to move back to Massachusetts in December, I'll be dropping the truck off and agein renting storage age in for a few weeks.
