Asked 3 questions about three products that I had in my cart and no employee could answer them. So I went across the street to Walmart and an associate answered the same 3 questions even though they were not in that department. I purchased the items there and they worked great and cost about half the price. Shame on that outsmart manager...
Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices comparable or better than the grocery store and they have great sales. Also, the manager stands behind what they sell. Should you have a problem with an item, she'll make things right and then some.
Bought an angelfish a couple days ago and a couple accessories a few days ago. The fish died, the return was easy The people were nice and friendly the return was easy. I was happy. The staff gave good advice.
Had my eleven year old dog groomed for the first time ever. My dog loved it and we love the way she looks! Very kind and friendly staff! I will go there again!
Dig grooming. The groomers are wonderful. My dogs actually get excited when they realize where they are going. Plus they look awesome when they are done
