Owner very rude
I only gave this company two stars because of Terry. Otherwise I would have given them 1 star or no stars. Terry was awesome. I actually chose this firm to change out my windows because of Terry. Then I dealt with the "owner" and this guy was not only rude, but aggressive and hostile. I love the windows but they left my house a mess. The curtains were all torn and not put back up right. One of the lights in the kitchen had to be replaced. And they left paint chips all over the outside of the house. I was not happy. When I expressed my displeasure, the "owner" got very hostile with me so I had to hang up the phone. Terry's mother called me back and suggested that Terry come over and meet with me to go over my concerns. If it wasn't for Terry I would never have paid this bill. Be warned they put in great windows and my heating bills, I'm sure, will go down but beware of the "owner".
