The employees are about as useless as they come, most dont know the prices & will most likely over charge you

The food is good but for me it is all about the hot sauce. Their hot sauce sucks. The consistency is way to thin (water like) and the flavor does not complement the flavor of the food as it should. The flavor of the hot sauce ruins the meal.
TERRIBLE!!! The food is always dried up & not refreshed, the area around the food is usually dirty
Anyone would be better off going to chipotle or elsewhere because Moe's on memorial drive chicopee is filthy & has poor staff
