Great store in great customer support the people there are nice and friendly
Staff always friendly and helpful. Rarely a problem with pharmacy.
The assistant manager sue is the best staff member in the meadow st store .... She is so helpful friendly and is good with kids who come in... I have also seen her caught shoplifters .... Rite aid needs to have a sue in every store... I bet they don't pay her nearly enough ... I made meadow street my main store just because of sue... Every time I go in she's always doing something on the floor. If she sees u wandering lost looking shell approach you n offer her assistance .. Sue shouldn't just be an assistant manager she should be the manager she's awesome... Because if sure all my friends go to meadow st rite aid
Pharmacy here has its own policies which are extremely stringent and therefore very inconvenient for customers. I've been lied to about non coverage of insurance on prescriptions which I immediately confirmed with my insurance that they were in fact covered and would be paid for; it was completely Rite Aid denying me my medication and I don't know why they would have a reason to do this??
Needless to say, I've switched pharmacies.
Locks doors at 550 pm when store closes at 6. Every Sunday
