Clean and spacious. Good equipment and ease of use. Parking and local businesses around, you will find a beer and excellent Pizza across the street.
My first time here. Not the most pleasant atmosphere. I brought my aunt from Longmeadow here thought this would be a nice good place when she came to visit and just wash her quilts. Well what she experienced was rudeness and bad customer service. Machines that say one price but cost another. There are no signs stating these price changes. A constant eye, like you would walk out with a machine or two. Then when I had no dollars and just change I asked if the owner could change into quarters and he got frustrated, faced me with a sour sigh and proceeded his conversation with other owner and /or employee. After everything they then came and said we need the laundry cart for another customers in which we had to take out what we had in there with 7 minute left. First and last time ever! The worst experience.
Very clean and a good price. The owner is very nice and will help you with anything. Only ever a couple broken machines but there are plenty more to choose from.
