Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't do it. Don't go with them. End of story. Never answer the phone. Never call back. Do not deal with them.
Awful customer service. Edwards Insurance allowed my car insurance policy to lapse while insisting that it was still in effect. Phone calls are never answered when you call, and they are often not returned. Office hours are also irregular and inconvenient. An extremely frustrating business to work with. Avoid.
SEVERAL TIMES I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER, HE PASSED OFF TO A VERY RUDE, SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD ALONG TIME AGO, BERVERLY. SHE MUST BE VERY UNHAPPY WITH LIFE, SHE IS VERY RUDE, ASK HER THREE TIMES A QUESTION, SHE BEATS AROUND THE BUSH. I WAS OVER CHARGED, AND SHE SAID THATS TOO. BAD, OF COURSE WE WOULD CASH YOUR CHECKS. VERY RUDE, SO I CALL THE MAIN OFFICE IN WEBSTER, ASKED THEM TO HELP FIGURE THIS THING OUT. AND I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO BEV, RUDE ,WOMAN, AND GUESS WHO I GET A CALL BACK FROM, AND AGAIN, SHE DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AS WELL AS THE FINANCE CO. FOR INS. PAYMENTS, AND THEY BOTH POINT AT EACH OTHER, IF YOU ARE THAT MISERABLE WITH YOUR LIFE YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE IT OUT ON EVERYONE ELSE.BELIEVE ME, NOW I WILL MAKE A CALL TO TV 22 AND 40 FOR THE CONSUMER .....SEE YOU ON THE NEWS LOVELY BEV, MAKE SURE TO PRACTICE A SPEECH, IT IS NOT PROFFESIONAL TO HEAR , UUUU, UGGH I DO NOT KNOW, UGGGHH,,,,AND BY THE WAY THE FIRST REVIEW IS POSTED BY THE OWNERS DAUGHTER.
