Disappointed!! The "Full Service" wash is $17. If you want your mats cleaned it is an extra $1 per mat. I have been frequenting this establishment for quite some time. Today, the young lady that vacuumed and cleaned my mats was wonderful and very thorough. Normally, the job is not very complete. At the end of the wash, I will usually have to point out areas that still have soap on them (door jambs and around the fuel filler door), but overall they are pretty thorough in drying the car. The reason for my disappointment is that, today, I asked to have the door jambs and fuel door cleaned off (they still had soap dripping from them) and was told that this would be an "up-charge" of $3. I thanked the young man and went on my way. Although i have always asked for this service, I have never had an issue with someone refusing to accomplish it willingly. I would think that for $17, this would not be a problem. Just saying :)
