Have to say never tried steel cut oatmeal. It was excellent, served with fresh strawberries,pecans & brown sugar/cinnamon. Will have again

Great food n service
I usually have a positive experience at Parera Bread, service, freshness & choices are generally good. But when visiting the Chicopee location I encountered a disappointing experience. When ordering my egg, bacon & cheese sandwich I was not able to have it prepared as requested; toasted bagel had to be grilled; my over easy egg could not be cooked hard nor the yoke could not be broken, I was told I had to have scrambled. I will be sure to visit another breakfast place to enjoy a breakfast I request.
A so-so experience for this chain. The soup was good, the sandwich just okay.
Terrible service. Always no coffe and its cold.
